Family visiting lounges and private dining room
Family visiting lounges are located throughout Pleasantview and Legacy Place where you can gather by the fireplace and enjoy a friendly conversation. For special occasions, including birthdays, holidays and anniversaries, you can reserve an entertainment room for parties up to 30 guests.

Congratulations to our staff for a Deficiency Free State Survey!
The Ohio Department of Health conducts annual surveys of Assisted Living Homes throughout the State of Ohio. These unannounced and unscheduled on-site surveys help assure facility compliance to established federal and state rules and regulations for assisted living facilities.
